Refund policy

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

The following refund policy applies only to Orders purchased on our Online Sales Channels. We cannot accept returns/exchanges of orders purchased on other websites, in physical stores, or orders from countries where we do not ship merchandise directly.


Update/Cancel an Order

Order cancellation is not guaranteed. Make sure to verify the items you are ordering and your shipping information prior to placing your order.

If you ordered the wrong item, size, or entered the wrong shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible we cannot make any changes or cancel the order once the order is shipped from our facilities. We strive to ship orders as fast as possible, and and we cannot guarantee a successful delivery if the information provided is not correct.

 

We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses.

We ship our orders to the address provided at checkout. Incomplete or incorrectly addressed deliveries can be reshipped at the customer's added postage cost. Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned.


Conditions of Return or Exchange

You may exchange (for color or size) any item you have purchased within thirty (30) days after the products are received.

In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the invoiced product must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned with all original tags and labels fully intact and unremoved. Products with removed, missing, or damaged tags/labels will not qualify for a return or exchange.

The above policy applies only to products purchased on our website (www.adamoonline.com). We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased on other websites, in our physical stores, or orders from countries where we do not ship merchandise directly.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products belonging to any of the following categories:

  • Customized products
  • Items marked as Outlet

All items purchased as “OUTLET,” including gift cards, gifts with purchase, or discounted merchandise, cannot be returned, exchanged, or credit, without exception.

 

Refund

Please contact us first at [email protected] for return authorization before shipping back your order.


We will email you that we have received your returned item. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all the conditions indicated above. The refund usually can take up to 5 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment account. The processing time may vary depending on the financial institution.


Return Shipping & Exchange Labels

For all approved returns or exchanges, a exchange/return shipping label will be provided by ADÂMO to ensure a secure and smooth return process.

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The applicable return shipping fee will be communicated in advance and may be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. ADÂMO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit if the provided return instructions and label are not used.
